1. Dispatch Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer both UK and international delivery options:

• UK Standard Delivery – Estimated 2–4 business days
• UK Express Delivery – 1–2 business days (tracked)
• International Tracked Delivery – 5–10 business days, depending on location

All shipping times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or customs checks.

3. Tracking

Tracked services include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

4. Shipping Restrictions

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that peptides can legally be imported into their country. Anglo-Peptides is not liable for packages seized by customs or delays caused by import regulations.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We cannot take responsibility for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us at support@anglo-peptides.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. We may ask for photos or additional details to resolve the issue.
