At Anglo-Peptides, we aim to provide high-quality products and reliable service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our refund policy below:
1. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns & refunds in the case of:
- Damaged or incorrect items upon delivery
- Items that do not match the product description
- We cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. No refunds or replacements will be issued for requests made after this period.
2. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
- Return must be authorised by our team in advance.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, finding a cheaper alternative, or ordering in error.

Due to the perishable and sensitive nature of our products, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return is approved, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours.
Note: All products are sold for research purposes only. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for misuse, misrepresentation, or violation of our terms of sale.
